Approved by Punjab Nurses Registration Council (Chandigarh, Punjab), Indian Nursing Council (New Delhi) and affiliated with Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot.

1) No correspondence will be entertained by the institution concerning the rejection of candidates.
2) Interview-Board decision will be considered as final.
3) Appearing for the interview does not mean selection.
4) The selected candidate must deposit the fee within 3 days otherwise the seat will be offered to the next deserving candidate on the waiting list.

Medical Examination:

Medical fitness will be pre-condition for admission to the institute. Selected candidates will be medically examined by a Medical Board constituted by the Institute. The joining will only be accepted after the candidate is found to be medically fit by the medical examination board.

Registration:

The students who are declared pass in the final year examination are eligible for registration with Punjab Nurses Registration Council as Registered Nurse and Registered Midwife. The students have to pay the registration fees on their own to the PNRC through the institution.

Ragging:

Ragging is strictly prohibited in the institute as well as in the hostel. Senior and Junior students are required to maintain a cordial relationship with each other and a disciplined atmosphere in the institute.

If a student is found frequently violating hostel and hospital rules and regulations, a warning may be given in the first instance. After three warnings if still found repeating the same mistake, the student may either be dismissed or be given suitable punishment depending on the severity of the incidence or mistake

Age Limits: 17-35 years

Eligibility for Admission and selection criteria:

1.  Age: The age of the candidate shall be between 17 years to 35 years.
2. Minimum Qualification: Minimum Qualification shall be 12 years of schooling (10+2) or its equivalent with 45% marks (40% for SC/ST). Preference shall be given to those having passed 10+2 or it’s equivalent to science subjects i.e. Physics, Chemistry & Biology/Math.
3. Interview: Candidate will be invited for an interview on merit basis on the marks obtained by them in the 10+2 Examination. Appearing for an interview is compulsory.
4. Medical: Candidate should be medically fit.
5. Gender: Only female candidates can apply.

If at any stage, it is found that the candidate has submitted any false information in her application form then her candidature shall be canceled.

IF THE CANDIDATE LEAVES THE THREE YEARS TRAINING COURSE IN-BETWEEN, SHE HAS TO DEPOSIT THE ADMISSION FEE FOR THE REMAINING PERIOD.
